Moise was cited by the match Citing Commissioner, Wayne Sheridan (Ireland), for allegedly striking the Cardiff Blues replacement prop, Kieron Assiratti (No 18), with his head in a dangerous manner in the 47th minute of his club’s Challenge Cup, Round 4 match against the Cardiff Blues at Stade du Hameau.
