The 2019 finalists have enjoyed another terrific pool campaign, winning Pool 1 with two games to spare, and can wrap up a home quarter-final and semi-final with a victory in Treviso.

Leinster battled to a 33-19 win over the Italian side at the RDS Arena in Round 1, but Lowe - who has scored two tries in five European matches this season - warned that Benetton will pose a significant threat on their own ground.

"Benetton are a team that results probably don't reflect the season they've had," said the 27-year-old. "They've been so, so close on so many occasions in the PRO14 and the Heineken Champions Cup.

"We're under no illusions the threats that they do pose. It means a lot for them and there are a lot of individuals in that environment who will want to prove a point.

"To be at home, in front of their own fans, it's an exciting prospect and something we're definitely looking forward to.

"We'll head over there confident, as I feel we should, but we're definitely under no illusion. We had them in Round 1 of the Heineken Champions Cup and the PRO14, and both times it was an absolute slug-fest.

"We had to dig real deep against a very physical side. We're going to go over there and hopefully do the job."
