Glasgow Warriors qualified for only their second ever European Rugby Champions Cup quarter-final by finishing second behind Saracens in Pool 3. Fraser Brown This campaign has been a case of déjà vu for Brown, who was an important member of the first Warriors squad to reach a Champions Cup quarter-final in 2017. This time the 29-year-old hooker has played in only three games so far, but his experience is sure to come in useful for the difficult trip to Saracens. He is also a regular in the Scotland squad, winning 42 caps. Jonny Gray For such a tall player, the 6ft 6in lock is an astonishing tackler. He was placed joint fourth after the pool stage with 92 from five games and is reported to have missed just two. The 25-year-old, who has won 51 Scotland caps, also featured in the top 10 line-out chart with 22 takes and notched the third European try of his career in the 29-12 win at Cardiff Blues in October. Adam Hastings The son of former Scotland captain Gavin, Hastings has been a revelation in his first full season of European rugby. In addition to scoring 49 points in his five Pool 3 appearances largely via his goalkicking, the 22-year-old fly-half has thrilled the Scotstoun faithful with his broken-field running. He can also play centre and full-back, attributes which have earned him 11 Scotland caps. [jwplayer 7dlUIAvA] Peter Horne Horne’s versatility has been important for Glasgow, as he is equally adept at fly-half or centre and he can kick goals. This season the 29-year-old has played four times for the Warriors in the Heineken Champions Cup so far but has yet to score a point. Nevertheless, he has been a regular in the Scotland squad and has played in 41 Tests. Ali Price Price is key to the fast-paced game that Glasgow like to play with his sniping runs from scrum-half and the speed of his delivery from the base of the scrum. The English-born 25-year-old, who has won 24 caps for Scotland, has been an ever-present for the Warriors so far this season, scoring tries in Round 2 at Cardiff Blues and Round 6 at Saracens, which augurs well for the quarter-final clash.
