Worcester Warriors endured a bruising encounter with Leicester Tigers, going down 48-3 as Billy Searle kicked their only points.

There were defeats across the board for EPCR Challenge Cup sides in the TOP 14 on Saturday, with RC Toulon, USAP, Section Paloise, Biarritz Olympique and CA Brive all beaten.

Duncan Paia'aua went over late on for Toulon against Racing 92, but the three-time European champions fell to a 27-20 defeat.

Melvyn Jaminet racked up 14 points against Stade Français Paris, while Alivereti Duguivalu went over, but a late penalty saw them edged out 23-22.

Scores from Antoine Hastoy and Youri Delhomme in addition to a penalty try saw Pau run Union Bordeaux-Bègles close, but they would ultimately lose out 37-33. Zack Henry tallied 16 points from the tee for the beaten hosts.

Biarritz were handed a 38-20 defeat by Castres Olympique, with Bastien Soury and Tomas Cubelli notching tries and Brett Herron kicking ten points.

Brive’s loss came at the hands of Stade Rochelais - Thomas Laranjeira slotted two penalties but couldn’t prevent an 8-6 home loss.
