Gloucester, who were drawn into Pool B of the EPCR Challenge Cup, have suffered back-to-back defeats in the opening two rounds of the Gallagher Premiership, while Pool A side Worcester overcame London Irish before losing to Harlequins last weekend.

Fly-half Adam Hastings and prop Kirill Gotovtsev are both set to make their first starts for visitors Gloucester, while Jason Woodward comes in at full-back. Jonny May returns on the wing, with Ruan Ackermann, Lewis Ludlow and Ben Morgan forming an unchanged back-row.

Lock Matt Garvey is set to make his first competitive start for Worcester against his former side, with Melani Nanai coming in on the wing as the only other change to the side beaten by Quins.

Saracens - another team that will feature in this season’s EPCR Challenge Cup - face a trip to current Gallagher Premiership leaders Leicester Tigers.

There are three changes to the Saracens side that beat 2020 Challenge Cup winners Bristol Bears a fortnight ago, with hooker Jamie George, fly-half Owen Farrell and full-back Max Malins all returning to the starting XV.

EPCR Challenge Cup sides Newcastle Falcons and London Irish are also in action on Saturday – they take on Wasps and Northampton Saints respectively.

Saturday’s United Rugby Championship games also feature a clash between two EPCR Challenge Cup clubs, as Bennetton Rugby welcome Edinburgh Rugby to the Stadio Comunale di Monigo.

Edinburgh have made six alterations to their starting XV for the trip to Italy, with Scotland international James Lang - a new addition to the squad this summer - lining up at inside centre.

Other United Rugby Championship games this weekend see Zebre Rugby host Ulster Rugby, and Dragons take on four-time European champions and 2013 Challenge Cup winners Leinster Rugby.
