Cardiff Blues wing Josh Adams showed what a danger he is going to be in the European Rugby Challenge Cup later this season as he scored three tries to help Wales defeat Fiji 29-17 on Wednesday and qualify for the Rugby World Cup quarter-finals. The 24-year-old, who joined the Welsh region in the summer after netting four tries in eight Challenge Cup games for Worcester Warriors, inspired a Wales comeback from 10-0 down early in the first half in Oita. He became only the third Wales international to score a hat-trick in a World Cup match, striking in the 17th, 30th and 60th minutes with some outstanding finishing.
