Pool 1 leaders Leinster Rugby have already reached the quarter-finals of the Heineken Champions Cup in record time, but seven spots are still to be filled, setting up some mouth-watering Rounds 5 and 6 ties next month.

Some of the eye-catching clashes in January include a Pool 3 clash between Challenge Cup holders ASM Clermont and leaders Ulster Rugby at Stade Marcel Michelin in Round 5, the Sale Sharks v Glasgow Warriors tie in Pool 2 and a superb meeting between defending champions Saracens and 2018 runners-up Racing 92 at Allianz Park in Round 6.

In the Challenge Cup, European heavyweights RC Toulon and Leicester Tigers will seek to remain top of their respective pools, while Bristol Bears could secure a No.1 seeding with maximum points from their final two matches in Pool 4 against Brive and Zebre Rugby Club.

The stunning Stade Vélodrome will play host to both the Heineken Champions Cup final and Challenge Cup final, and fans are urged to purchase their tickets now, with over 56,000 already sold for what looks like being yet another superb weekend of European rugby.

Also in 2020, preparations will continue for the 2021 Finals Weekend at the magnificent Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the announcement of the 2022 Finals location.
