Gloucester Rugby return to action after sitting out Round 3 – they entertain USAP in Pool B (17:30) - before Newcastle Falcons visit three-time European champions RC Toulon at 20:00, two sides with 100%-win records in Pool A.

There is a solitary fixture on Sunday, and it is set to be a cracker as Saracens face off against fellow Gallagher Premiership side London Irish in Pool C at StoneX Stadium (15:15).
