Munster Rugby scrum-half Conor Murray will make his first start of the season on Friday night against Edinburgh Rugby – nine days ahead of the Irish province’s Heineken Champions Cup Round 3 game against Castres Olympique at Thomond Park. The Ireland half-back made his seasonal comeback for Munster in their Guinness PRO14 bonus-point win over Zebre Rugby Club last week, coming off the bench in the second half, after a neck injury ruled him out of their opening two Heineken Champions Cup matches. Conway scored the fifth try in Munster’s 36-22 Round 2 victory over Gloucester Rugby, helping the Irish province top Pool 2 after two matches with seven points, following a 10-10 draw at Exeter Chiefs on the opening Heineken Champions Cup weekend. Centre Chris Farrell – who scored a try against eventual finalists Racing 92 last season – also makes his first start of the season after a knee injury kept him out of the first two rounds of the Heineken Champions Cup.
