An independent Appeal Committee has decided not to allow an appeal by the Cardiff Blues player, George Earle, against the eight-week suspension imposed on him by an independent Disciplinary Committee following his sending off during his club's European Rugby Challenge Cup, Round 4 match against Bath Rugby on 15 December 2016.
