The Racing 92 scrum-half may have only started four Heineken Champions Cup matches this season but he has made a major impact, racking up 68 fantasy points, including a 24 point performance in the French side’s quarter-final win over ASM Clermont Auvergne. Remarkably, Teddy Iribaren is owned by just 3% of fantasy players and looks a real option to land double digit points again when the 2018 finalists take on the defending champions in Paris on Saturday afternoon.

Maro Itoje - Saracens

It was another power-packed performance from one of the best locks in the world on Saturday as Maro Itoje helped Saracens defy the odds in a 25-17 quarter-final success over the previously unbeaten Leinster Rugby. His overall tally of 32 fantasy points doesn’t immediately stand out, but it should be noted that Itoje has only actually played three European matches this season, with the last two landing 17 and 10 points respectively. He is no doubt one to consider for the opening semi-final this weekend.

Jacques Vermeulen - Exeter Chiefs

The South African’s reliability was finally rewarded last weekend with two tries in Exeter’s comprehensive quarter-final success over Northampton Saints. The back-row has been steadily improving in fantasy performance with his Rounds 5 and 6 efforts returning double digits, before a whopping 23.5 fantasy points to his name in the last eight. Assuming he maintains that form against Toulouse on Saturday afternoon, Vermeulen is a must for high-flying fantasy owners.

Cheslin Kolbe - Toulouse

He might be the obvious choice, but you can’t deny that Cheslin Kolbe is the wing to have as we approach the Heineken Champions Cup semi-finals. He showed off his exceptional finishing skills during Toulouse’s quarter-final win over Ulster, stepping past Jacob Stockdale on two occasions before running clear to score a try. The flying South African will no doubt be popular after scoring 22 fantasy points last week, but can you afford not to have him in your XV for the Sandy Park clash?
