EPCR Board statement - Altrad Participations proposal

The Board of EPCR has today (Tuesday, 14 February) received a presentation from Altrad Participations - the parent company of Montpellier Hérault Rugby - and Gloucester Rugby regarding a proposed acquisition of the latter.
