Davies and Moriarty return to Wales XV

Scarlets scrum-half Gareth Davies and Dragons flanker Ross Moriarty return to the Wales XV on Saturday, after being selected by head coach Wayne Pivac to face France in the Six Nations Championship clash at the Principality Stadium on Saturday.
