Toulon's Sergio Parisse celebrates his try in the EPCR Challenge Cup final
EPCR Challenge Cup champions RC Toulon head into the final day of the regular TOP 14 season on Sunday with faint hopes of grabbing a place in the play-offs.
The three-time Heineken Champions Cup winners secured the EPCR Challenge Cup for the first time in their history when they blitzed Glasgow Warriors in Dublin last Friday.
That commanding victory also saw them book a return to the Heineken Champions Cup next season after a two-year absence, meaning they no longer require a place in the TOP 14’s top six to qualify.

Toulon head into the final day in eighth, five points adrift of sixth-placed Lyon – and with an inferior points difference – so they will need a big win at home against Union Bordeaux-Bègles on Sunday to keep their play-off hopes alive.
Elsewhere on Sunday, Lyon host Aviron Bayonnais, who are seventh, so Toulon will also need the visitors to pick up a win and neither side to pick up a bonus point.
