Stade Francais Paris winger Nadir Megdoud on the attack
With just over a week until the EPCR Challenge Cup returns, we’re taking a look at some of the individual statistics for the opening two rounds and Stade Français winger Nadir Megdoud leads two categories.
Carries – Friedle Olivier (27)
RC Toulon veteran forward Sergio Parisse achieved 18 carries in the French club’s 29-7 Round 2 victory over Bath Rugby, but it wasn’t enough to dislodge Toyota Cheetahs No.8 Olivier from top spot, with the South African heading the table by one.
Metres – Johnny McNicholl (217)
Scarlets’ winger McNicholl dominates this category. He’s 29 metres ahead of second-placed Ross Moriarty, the Dragons RFC back-row forward, as a result of Scarlets’ dazzling attacking displays which have lifted them to the top of Pool B and produced 84 points.

Line breaks – Steff Evans, Aymeric Luc, Eoghan Barrett, Gervais Cordin (5)
There’s no clear leader in this section, with Scarlets winger Evans, Toulon backs Luc and Cordin, and Section Paloise winger Barrett all bracketed together.
Defenders beaten – Nadir Megdoud (12)
Megdoud’s consistently exciting performances over both rounds put the TOP 14 star at the head of this section as he beat six players in both Stade Français’ games.
Offloads – Nadir Megdoud (5)
The Stade Français winger jumped to the top of the offloads category too after completing four offloads in Round 2, despite his side going down 30-12 at Emirates Lions.
