EPCR Challenge Cup Pool A side Glasgow Warriors recorded a 32-25 victory over Heineken Champions Cup opposition Edinburgh Rugby in a thrilling United Rugby Champions encounter on Friday evening.

Glasgow, who have recorded victories over Bath Rugby and USAP in EPCR action so far this season, notched a quartet of tries in the contest, Kyle Steyn and Matt Fagerson crossing over in the first half as they trailed 12-20 at the break.

Tom Jordan and George Horne added second half tries to put Glasgow ahead, the latter tallying 13 points in the contest. The win was Glasgow’s second successive victory over Edinburgh having won 16-10 last Friday night.

The Warriors face a trip to USAP on Saturday, January 14 when the EPCR Challenge Cup recommences, before a round four clash with Bath Rugby on Friday, January 20.
