Leicester Tigers scrum-half Ben Youngs returns to the starting XV this weekend to captain the European Rugby Challenge Cup finalists against Sale Sharks in the Gallagher Premiership on Friday night.
The 31-year-old England international came off the replacements bench early in the second half last weekend as Leicester hit back from 17-6 down to defeat Ulster Rugby 33-24 and secure a first European final since 2009.
Youngs could be in line to make his 75th European Rugby appearance in the Challenge Cup final on Friday 21 May (20:00 UK and Irish time), when the two-time European champions take on 2016 Challenge Cup winners Montpellier.
Johnny McPhillips will make up Leicester’s half-back combination on Friday, whilst a new-look back three sees Zack Henry featuring from full-back alongside wing duo Kobus Van Wyk and Kini Murimurivalu.
Never write off @LeicesterTigers – what a comeback! 👏

In the front row, head coach Steve Borthwick has named Luan de Bruin, Charlie Clare and Joe Heyes, with Cameron Henderson and Tomás Lavanini featuring at lock.
Nic Dolly and Will Hurd – who both featured in Leicester’s Round of 16 win over Connacht Rugby – are in line to make their Gallagher Premiership debuts after being included among the replacements, whilst last week’s try–scorer Jasper Wiese is also on the bench.
