The Irish side upset the odds to knock out the defending champions with a 35-41 win, a scoreline that flattered the home side.

It was Leinster's day, their four try haul giving them a 20 point lead going into the final quarter.

"We played some great stuff out there and the lads are delighted," O'Driscoll said after the match,

"This isn't an easy place to come and get a win. This means a huge amount to us, but there's still a lot to do.

"We know we're a good rugby team and we knew we had to start well. I thought we were very clinical and they were deflated a bit every time we scored.

"It's a great result, but it's not the final," he added.
