The Sale Sharks No 8, Jean-Luc du Preez, has been suspended for four weeks for having struck the Edinburgh Rugby flanker, Hamish Watson (No 7), with his shoulder in a dangerous manner, in the 70th minute of his club’s Heineken Champions Cup, Round 2 match against Edinburgh Rugby at the AJ Bell Arena.
