EPCR Challenge Cup outfit Glasgow Warriors have brought in scrum-half Ali Price as they visit Edinburgh Rugby in the United Rugby Championship (URC) on Friday.

Glasgow, who have won their opening two EPCR Challenge Cup games, are hunting the historic 1872 Cup, which is contested between the two Scottish regions, and hold the advantage after the first leg having triumphed 16-10 at Scotstoun Stadium a week ago.

British & Irish Lion Price, who featured from the bench in Glasgow’s EPCR Challenge Cup Round 2 win over USAP, replaces George Horne, with Ollie Smith coming in for Josh McKay as the only other change from the previous fixture.

Jamie Bhatti and Lucio Sordoni line up either side of Fraser Brown in the front row, with Sintu Manjezi and Richie Gray pairing behind them. Jack Dempsey is at No.8 with Matt Fagerson and Sione Vailanu on either flank.

Tom Jordan is at fly-half, with Kyle Steyn and Sebastian Cancelliere on the wings. Stafford McDowall and Sione Tuipulotu partner in midfield.

Glasgow have one more URC fixture before they return to EPCR Challenge Cup action on January 14 – they travel to USAP in Round 3.
