Wing Tom Collins scored a try brace as Northampton Saints won 42-22 at fellow EPCR Challenge Cup side London Irish in the Gallagher Premiership on Saturday.
Northampton, who drop into the Round of 16 following their elimination from the Heineken Champions Cup, also notched through Rory Hutchinson, Alex Mitchell, Fraser Dingwall and a penalty try.
Nick Phipps (2) and Ollie Hassell-Collins went over for Irish, who have booked their place in the last 16 through Pool C.
Meanwhile, Wasps came out on top of another all-EPCR Challenge Cup encounter as they won 27-24 at home to Newcastle Falcons.
The hosts, who are also dropping into the Round of 16, crossed through Dan Robson, Joe Launchbury and Tom West, with Jimmy Gopperth kicking 12 points.
George McGuigan grabbed a try hat-trick for Newcastle, who remain in contention for place in the EPCR Challenge Cup knockout stage ahead of Round 5 next month.
Pool C outfit Saracens triumphed over Heineken Champions Cup opposition in Bristol Bears, picking up a 27-23 home win thanks to tries from Max Malins (2) and Elliot Daly, in addition to 12 points from the boot of Owen Farrell.
Bath Rugby, another team falling into the EPCR Challenge Cup knockout stage, drew 24-24 at home to Sale Sharks after a try double from Sam Underhill and a Tom de Glanville score.

There was a clash between two sides dropping into the Round of 16 in the United Rugby Championship as Cardiff Rugby beat Glasgow Warriors 32-28 at Cardiff Arms Park.
Theo Cabango (2), Jason Harries and Willis Halaholo all dotted down for Cardiff, with Jarrod Evans tallying 12 points from the tee, while Sebastian Cancelliere (2), Sam Johnson and Fraser Brown were the try-scorers for Glasgow.
Meanwhile, Pool C contenders Edinburgh Rugby recorded a 21-5 victory at Sharks courtesy of tries from Blair Kinghorn (2) and Emiliano Boffelli.
Elsewhere, scores from Carlo Canna, Michelangelo Biondelli and Giovannin D’Onofrio couldn’t prevent Pool A strugglers Zebre Parma falling to a 41-24 home defeat to Scarlets.
In the TOP 14, already-qualified Pool A leaders RC Toulon picked up a 32-22 victory over ASM Clermont Auvergne at Stade Félix Mayol – the hosts’ four tries came through Eben Etzebeth, Jean-Baptiste Gros, Aymeric Luc and Julien Heriteau, with Louis Carbonel kicking 12 points.
Pool C side CA Brive collected a 28-12 home win over Castres Olympique – who have also been relegated into the knockout stage – as So’otala Fa’aso’o (2) and Esteban Abadie crossed, and Stuart Olding racked up 11 points from the tee. Benjamín Urdapilleta slotted four penalties for Castres.
Another all-EPCR Challenge Cup encounter saw Section Paloise win 27-22 at home to USAP, Jordan Joseph scoring a try hat-trick for the hosts as Antoine Hastoy kicked 12 points. USAP’s three tries came through Lucas Dubois, Piula Faasalele and Mamea Lemalu.
Pool A outfit Biarritz Olympique went down 37-22 at Montpellier Hérault Rugby – Dave O’Callaghan, Lucas Peyresblanques and Mathieu Hirigoyen went over for the visitors.
