Glasgow Warriors head coach Dave Rennie has called for a repeat of his side’s clinical display at Cardiff last weekend when they face Lyon in Rounds 3 and 4 of the Heineken Champions Cup in December.
After their excellent 29-12 success at Cardiff Arms Park, Glasgow lie second in Pool 3, four points behind Saracens, but Rennie knows they cannot afford any slip-ups at the Matmut Stadium de Gerland on December 8 and when they host Lyon a week later.
Rennie told the Glasgow website: “We play Lyon back to back and we’re going to have to get points from both of those games to still be in the hunt.
“We know we’ve got a good skill set and we know we can hurt teams with ball in hand, but we want to be brutal without it.”
