Four-time European Cup winners Leinster Rugby have recalled full-back Rob Kearney and flanker Dan Leavy after injury to face Benetton Rugby in Italy in the Guinness PRO14 on Saturday.
The Irish internationals both missed last weekend’s 28-27 defeat at Toulouse in the Heineken Champions Cup, Kearney with tightness in his quad and Leavy with a calf problem.
That narrow loss left the defending champions second in Pool 1 with six points, two behind the French side who they will meet again in Round 5 on January 12 at the RDS Arena.
