Appointments of new Director General and independent Chairman announced

The Board of European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), the organisers of the European Rugby Champions Cup and Challenge Cup tournaments, has announced the appointments of Vincent Gaillard as Director General and Simon Halliday as independent Chairman.
