Fans at Ricoh Arena can soak up the pre and post match atmosphere in comfort at the Heineken Village with big screens and live bands.

The Heineken Village, which will be based in the Jaguar Exhibition hall within the Ricoh Arena, offers fans a chance to view the enjoy to the game and experience the atmosphere of this exciting event with thousands of other fans. Big screens, live bands and a host of food and beverage outlets shall keep everyone entertained throughout the day.

The Heineken Village will open from 11:00am and will be closed during the game, it will reopen after the game so more drinks and refreshments can be enjoyed. The Heineken village will be clearly signposted once you enter the Ricoh Arena. Over 18’s only.

Travel information for the Ricoh Arena

Please be aware that parking is not permitted around the Ricoh Arena on event days, this encompasses a total area of 2km and protects the local residents. Residents with Permits displayed being the only exception. This is patrolled on match days and those found without a valid permit will be fined.    

There is adequate parking for all fans, either onsite, or at a Park & Walk site.
Onsite Parking
Onsite parking consists of parking in cars parks A, B and C, there are limited number of spaces available. These can be booked by calling our travel hotline number. Car park C is our major car park across the road from the Ricoh and to book parking for this car park you can do so by calling our dedicated hotline number: 0870811 6491.

We also have a number of disabled car parking spaces available in car parks A, B and C and to book disabled parking call the travel hotline, proof of a disabled badge may be required on the day along with the parking permit.

Please note after the game all cars parked in car parks A and B will be held back after the final whistle. This is to allow the stadium footfall to leave the arena safely. This does not apply for people who have parked in car park C or in any of the park and walk sites.

Park and Walk / Park and Rides
As well as onsite parking we have a number of park and walk and park and ride sites. The park and walk sites are within 10 minutes walk from the Ricoh Arena. To book a park and walk car parking space please call the travel hotline: 0870811 6491.

We have two park and rides sites the first one being Jaguar Whitley, and is clearly sign posted and can be found at the bottom of the A46, this park and ride site caters for people travelling from the south and is ideal for those approaching from the M40.
Travel time from the Jaguar Whitley site is approximately 20 minutes   

The second site is the Coventrians Rugby Club and is closer to the stadium this site is on Middlemarch Rd off Holbrook’s Lane.

Park and ride busses will operate from 10:30am and will provide a shuttle bus service that will constantly pick up fans and take them to the Ricoh. Buses will operate until 7pm.
