Mike Mullins, Christian Cullen and Jeremy Manning have all been included in a 23 strong Munster squad for the Celtic League game v Llanelli Scarlets on Saturday 25 March.

Good news for Munster ahead of their Heineken Cup quarter-final against Catalan side Perpignan, as the injured trio return.

Munster coach Declan Kidney in naming the squad this afternoon following training at Thomond Park commended the professionalism of the players for their work as a full squad having come together this week for the first time in seven weeks.

Kidney said,  ” This is a huge game for us in terms of qualification for next season’s Heineken Cup. Results against the Scarlets in recent years just point up the enormity of the challenge we face in Stradey on Saturday.”
