Gloucester have qualified as top seeds, Newcastle Falcons are No. 2 seeds, with fellow English Premiership sides London Irish and Northampton also at home in the last eight.

Worcester Warriors, Bayonne and Connacht have also qualified for the knockout stages with the last place taken by Brive.

The European Challenge Cup quarter-final qualifiers are:
